Somatic Session at Schwiebert - Sanctuary Studios

Pride is around the corner and with it comes a moment to celebrate identity and resilience. Again and again, queer folks have shown up at Sanctuary with courage and care, for themselves and each other.

We’re celebrating that spirit by inviting you to join us for a Somatic Session at Schwiebert to close out the Quad Cities Pride Alliance Pride Festival. We’re meeting at 10:30 AM at the Schwiebert Riverfront Park bandshell on Sunday, June 8th.

Whether you’re seasoned in somatic practice, or brand new, you are welcome here.

Let us come together to celebrate who we are in our bodies.
To honor the safety we create within ourselves and our community.
To move together, bravely and with joy.

Come as you are. All bodies are welcome. No registration is required. Bring a mat or blanket if you’d like, and meet us by the river. See you there.
