Join us for “All The Gray Matters” – our open monthly support group, a free mental health resource open to all genders, ages 14 and up.

Led by a licensed counselor, this free support group meets monthly to provide a safe, welcoming space for healing, growth, and honest conversations around mental health. Whether you’re struggling silently or just need a place to be heard—you are welcome here.
