This year’s celebration will feature a variety of activities and attractions for all ages, including:
Santa’s Arrival – Don’t miss the magical moment when Santa joins us for the grand tree lighting!
Photos with Santa & Mrs. Claus – Capture memories with the jolly duo.
A Visit with the Grinch – He’s back to stir up some holiday fun!
Toys for Tots Drive – Bring a toy and help spread joy to children in need this holiday season.
Live Music – Enjoy festive performances by local high school choirs.
Free Balloon Artist – Delight the little ones with creative balloon designs.
Holiday Market – Shop for unique gifts from local vendors.
In addition to the festivities, there will be both a Gingerbread House Decorating Contest and a Christmas Tree Decorating Contest, with prizes awarded to the winners. Vote for your favorite creations and help crown the winners of the most holiday spirit!
Residents of Rock Island Arsenal can also participate in the Holiday House Decorating Contest. Judging will take place on Wednesday, December 11, so start planning your decorations now.
As part of the celebration, 100 Christmas trees will be given away through a free drawing during the event — don’t miss your chance to take one home for the holidays.
