Flow for the Flow Donation Month

For the ENTIRE month of October, we will be taking feminine care and other various items as donations in exchange for each drop-in class! For example, instead of paying $16 for a non-member drop in class, you could choose to bring a box of tampons instead! Keep reading to see a list of acceptable items for donations!

Drop-in classes include:
-Glutecamp: Tuesdays @ 6 PM
-Pilates: Wednesdays @ 6 PM, Sundays @ 10 AM
-Recovery Yoga: Every other Saturday @ 9 AM

Products acceptable for donations:
-Boxes of tampons, pads, liners, etc. for feminine care
-Baby wipes (huge need!)
-Hand warmers for winter coming up
-Bags of coffee

All donations will be given to our new neighbors a few doors down, The Third Place QC!
