First Responders Support Group

Join us for our First Responders Support Group, a free monthly group offering connection, support, and healing for those who serve on the front lines.

📍 Holiday Inn Rock Island (last room the left on the first floor)

Led by a licensed counselor, this group is open to all first responders and their families (ages 18+). Whether you’re navigating burnout, trauma, or the weight of the job, you don’t have to carry it alone.

No cost. No pressure. Just a place to breathe.
