Creating A Perfect Future
Our experience of life (good or bad) depends entirely upon our perception. If the world we inhabit is the world of our experience, and experience is dependent upon our mind, then the power to create the world we experience also lies within our mind. Understanding this, we can tap into our deep potential within our mind and through mindfulness and meditation begin to create our perfect future.

In these ongoing monthly classes we will explore this topic through the study of Modern Buddhism and How to Transform Your Life by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
