Step onto your mat and reconnect with your inner strength in this live yoga class designed to cultivate stability through grounding postures and build confidence through empowering sequences. You'll be guided through gentle to moderate asanas that align with the lower chakras—root, sacral, and solar plexus—helping you release tension and boost energy. Luna offers a safe and welcoming space to curiously challenge yourself in this Grounded and Empowered flow!
