Saturday, July 5th, 2025 - Beginner Yoga Classes

This live class is designed for those who are new to yoga or looking to come back to the basics. We will focus on building a solid foundation by introducing basic forms, alignment principles, and breath awareness. Facilitator prompts will guide you through a gentle flow and, as always, modifications will be cued throughout the class. No materials or experience is necessary, so come as you are!
