Floating Sound Bath with Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation

Have you experienced my indoor meditation and sound healing class? This floating class takes the experience to another level! Come float with us and enjoy the relaxing guided meditation first that prepares you for the sound bath and it's healing sounds while you float and listen to singing bowls, a rain stick, koshi chimes, a gong and more. I have a few twin air mattresses for use or you can bring your own float. **If you'd like me to reserve you a mattress let me know** Dress comfortably and bring a towel, an eye mask or anything that will make you comfortable. Limited spaces available therefore cancellation 24 hours in advance necessary to allow your fellow yogis a chance to take your spot. **There will be a rain date on Tuesday August 19th at 6pm** Radiant Raven logo eye masks and towels will be available for purchase.
