Floating Sound Bath with Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation

Have you experienced my indoor meditation and sound healing class? This floating class takes the experience to another level! Come float with us and enjoy the relaxing guided meditation that prepares you for a deeper level of healing sounds while you float and listen to singing bowls, a rain stick, chimes, a gong and more. I have a few twin air mattresses (no need a for bathing suit on air mattress) plus other floats or you can bring your own. Dress comfortably and bring a towel, an eye mask or anything that will make you comfortable. Sign up in link below necessary.
