🌿 What to Expect
Join me for a soul-nourishing weekend in nature, featuring three intentional sessions designed to help you reconnect with the nature of YOU fully, your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you attend one session or all, you’ll be held in a space of healing, reflection, and renewal.
🍁 Session 1: Saturday, Oct 18 – 10:00 am - 4:30 pm
This session includes a settling in circle, free time with mindful nature inspired activities to explore and play, guided walking meditation, and sound bath.
🔥 Session 2: Saturday, Oct 18 – 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
This session includes guided yoga, free time, fire circle, and creative sharing with music or your personal form of expression.
⛺ Optional Camping Experience
Stay overnight under the stars for a deeper connection to nature and self. Enjoy quiet reflection, community, and the healing rhythm of the earth.
🌅 Session 3: Sunday, Oct 19 – 10:00 am - 5:30 pm
This session includes circle time, inspired free time to explore and play, artistic mandala creation, and guided yoga.
🥗Meals
• A shared cook stove and basic camping gear will be available to be shared for meal prep.
• YOU are responsible for bringing your own food and supplies.
• You’re welcome to bring your own stove or gear for personal use.
• Participants may choose to share meals, but YOUru is not liable for any food-related illness, allergic reactions, or issues arising from shared food.
• Please use your best judgment when preparing or sharing meals.
💵 Payment & Pricing
Cost is collected on the day of the event. Each session is priced individually—including the overnight camping experience, which counts as a session.
