Despite a life-altering accident that initially left her paralyzed, Katy’s journey of courage and perseverance led her to reclaim her independence and inspire others with her #KatyStrong spirit. Driven by her “Eat The Cake” philosophy, Katy’s story is a testament to resilience and the power of embracing life and living fearlessly. Many of the same qualities we find in the more than 21,000 people served by the programs and services of Catholic Charities Family and Community Services.
