Boundary work is so much more than saying no and defending ourselves. It’s about loving ourselves, loving others, and making agreements that allow risk and safety to coexist so we can play and grow in the ways we want to. We get to discern & define the boundaries, communicate them with compassion, and then practice staying in our own lane. Each of these invites us to develop a complex and refined set of skills.
Join Life & Leadership Coach, Laura Kline-Taylor, (PCC) for an IFS informed workshop that leverages your parts as allies in setting, speaking and keeping clear boundaries.
The Art of Healthy Boundaries is the first of six (6) workshops I'll offer leading up to a parts work course that will start later this fall.
Each workshop will be a sneak peak into the greater course content, which will expose participants to various parts work models, including the popular Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, in working with:
- recognizing your personal needs and setting boundaries so you can get them met.
- learning the Art of Presence and Absence, applying the R.E.A.C.H. Model and
- working with Cycle Wisdom
- Parts-Mapping
- practicing the Art of Self-Containment and bringing self leadership to the pars that show up at work in parenting, and in our relationships.
- employing the 8 Cs of Leadership and integrating them in our boundary work and the environments and relationships we most value.
- exploring the Art of Unfoldment & Pacing, and get some reps in so you can work with your inner allies instead of against them.
