Last SoundBath before Christmas. Come and treat yourself to a relaxing and distressing Sound Bath evening.
Sound and Vibration can influence our wellbeing on a very deep level and are able to release physical emotional, mental and even spiritual blockages.
The frequencies and vibrations can lift your mood, help your body relax, release stress, improve sleep, reduce pain, increase wellbeing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level as well as boost our vitality, stamina and energy.
For this SoundBath Experience I will be using Tubular Chime Pipes with the frequency and vibrations of some of the well known ArchAngels that facilitate and radiate the frequencies and vibrations in a very soft, gentle and powerful way so they can deeply touch your body on cellular level and release deep rooted energy blockages as well as blockages on an emotional, mental, spiritual and physical level.
This will bring your body back to homeostasis or to optimum wellbeing.
The ArchAngel that we will call in
are Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, Uriel, Chamuel, Jophiel, Raguel and the two higher ArchAngels Metatron and Sandalphone. Receive their blessing, healing and their loving,caring, powerful support to create a breakthrough in your life.
It is a reset for your whole body mind energy system to bring it back to your original energetic and vibrational make up. All that is not compliant with your frequency and vibration will be released.
Other instruments that I will use are Native American frame drum, ocean drum, koshi chimes, singing bowel, wind gong, kalimba and my soul song 🎶
What to bring:
Please make sure you wear comfortable and warm clothing. Bring a yoga mat to get a comfortable on the ground, pillows and blankets and what ever you need to be warm, comfortable and cosy. Bring some water for hydration.
Practical side:
The doors will open at 18.00 for everyone to get in, find their own space, get themselves comfortable and settled.
At 18.25 the doors will be locked so the environment is safe and without disturbances.
The SoundBath will start at 18.30 after the doors are looked and everyone has arrived. Due to holding the space free from disturbance we cannot expect anyone in after the SoundBath Experience has started. This is to keep everyone safe and able to totally relax and immerse in the frequencies and vibrations to get the optimum benefit.
The honour fee for this evening is £15 pp. Payable in cash on arrival.
