In a warm and welcoming environment I will guide you through the fundamental Yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation practices. I offer support and guidance along the way to ensure that you feel comfortable and to help you build confidence as you progress.
Venue: Higham Memorial Hall, School Lane, Higham, Rochester, Kent ME3 7JL.
Cost: £9 (discount on block bookings)
You can drop in or book in advance on www.bookwhen.com/shineyogaandpilates. If you plan to drop in without a booking please check, by contacting me on 07497436045, that class is running (in case of holiday, illness etc)
I can provide all the equipment you will need but if you have your own mat I’d recommend you bring it with you. I’d also recommend you bring a blanket or thick towel for use as padding or support in some poses.
