• What is Simply Singles?
Simply Singles is a casual, pressure-free gathering for adults who are single or looking to make friends. It's not a dating service. No matchmaking. No forms. No expectations. Just people meeting people—naturally.
• What to Expect:
A relaxed environment where singles and friend-seekers can meet.
No sign-in, no registration, no personal info collected.
No food, drinks, music, or entertainment provided.
Free to attend. Just show up.
• How to Join In:
When you arrive, stop by the table to pick up a colored label sticker and a marker to write your name with. Your 1st label should match your main reason for coming. You can add extra labels if needed.
Label Colors & Meanings:
Red – Looking to meet women
Blue – Looking to meet men
Yellow – Open to anyone
Green – Looking for friends only (also used by those already in a relationship)
Purple – Please approach gently (for introverts, wallflowers, socially anxious, etc.)
You can wear more than one label. For example, Yellow + Purple if you’re open to anyone but need a gentle approach. Or Red + Green + Purple if you're interested in Woman, looking for friends, and needing a gentle approach.
• Introvert & Quiet Zone:
The bandstand at the park is reserved as a space for introverts, socially anxious, or quiet types to gather and feel comfortable.
Anyone is welcome to visit this area—just be respectful of the atmosphere.
Extroverts or others interested in connecting with quieter people may approach, but the space remains for those who need it.
• Important Notes:
Bring your own items.
LGBTQ+ friendly. You’re welcome to express your identity.
This is a public location. Be respectful of others not involved in the event.
There is no reporting system or staff on-site. If someone is inappropriate or causing problems, it’s up to the community to speak up and make sure the environment stays safe and welcoming.
Be aware that underage individuals may enter public areas and observe or try to join. You are responsible for making sure the people you talk to are adults (you may ask others or their friends if unsure).
• Please Remember:
This is meant to be a simple, informal event. No one is guaranteed to find love or friendship. But you might make a new connection—or two—if you're open and respectful.
Let’s keep it kind, relaxed, and community-minded.
