You’re invited to an evening of rest and resonance.
Summer's energy is in full swing, but remembering our center and grounding inward is just as important as enjoying the outside world. Join us for a chance to slow down and rest with restorative yoga, gentle energy work,and a galactic-inspired soundbath led by Chris Jones of Jones Tones.
Samantha Lynn will be guiding you into restorative shapes that help your body settle and your nervous system unwind. While you rest, receive optional hands-on Usui Reiki, a gentle form of energy work that support's the body's energy centers, also known as chakras, and helps us return to balance.
Chris will be weaving together a soundscape using crystal singing bowls, earth gongs, bells, chimes, and more. With a lifelong background in music, he brings both heart and depth to his sound healing practice.
Mats and props are provided. Just wear something comfortable, and come as you are.
