Rain Tempos

Melodies beneath the surface of water in the darkness of now, song forms struggling through the meniscus of the proverbial current, sonic reverberations of cellular ice ebbing at the surface of a frozen lake. The rhythms of rain in the woods—all time, healing in water, floating together, a balm. Rain Tempos is an improvising trio from Ithaca, New York led by T.C. Owens on guitar and loops, with Keir Neuringer on saxophones and Matt Saccuccimorano on drums.
