Join chef Ed Zhang of Bao Bao Buns from the Twin Cities, Tiffany of @choochoocachew and Jack's Bottle Shop for a very special pop-up dinner collaboration.
Bao Bao Buns chef, Edward Zhang, specializes in providing global tastes for the Midwest foodie. With his roots based in Hong Kong and China, Ed combines Cantonese and Sichuan flavors with the Western cooking techniques he learned throughout his travels around the world. The end result is something completely unexpected — but always delicious. Ed's pop-up dinners in the Twin cities are super popular and sells out fast, don't miss the chance of tasting his delicious food in Rochester!
During this special pop-up dinner collab, Ed and Tiffany will each cook up a dish infusing their culture and upbringing, serving them side by side for guests to taste and compare the differences between regional East Asian cuisines. Tiffany's version will be the traditional Taiwanese version while Ed will combine Cantonese and Sichuan flavors with the Western cooking techniques.
