Intro to Acro Yoga Workshop

Rally your courage and come learn how to play ACRO YOGA! During this unique Yoga adventure, we’ll play with partner and group poses that foster a sense of trust, interdependence, strength and fun! After we practice balancing and counterbalancing with partners, you’ll learn the basic skills of Acro Yoga: basing, flying and spotting in the two fundamental Acro poses of bird and throne.

Come by yourself or bring a friend. No partner necessary – we’ll mix and match partners throughout the workshop.

$20 for Central Rock members
$30 for others
