Healing Meditation Workshop

Living in this day and age with all the hatred and violence poisoning the planet, as individuals we need to find ways to balance not just our Energies but our Minds. This is a workshop to help people learn to focus their energies and meditation in healthy ways, balancing their worlds

This is a free monthly meditation hosted by JT, a long time student in the Transcendental and Shamanic traditions.
