Halloween Dance and Mobility Class

Join us as Christina Fredericks, executive director of Home Care Rochester, and her team of professionals lead this devilishly delightful dance class. You’ll boost balance, flexibility, and coordination while moving to spooky hits. Costumes are welcome (and encouraged!), just keep them comfy for moving and grooving.
