Grit & Grind 2025

Registration Opens Friday, February 7th at 10am!

Grit and Grind is a Ruck/Run race with fitness objectives, where teams compete to complete the course and objectives the fastest. The course distance won't be truly known but you can expect somewhere between 5 to 10 miles total.

There are multiple divisions based on weight, team member number & gender.

Competitors must carry a specified weight in a ruck or vest, with weight requirements varying by division.

In the past, the event has started with an initial station with a rowing objective to earn time deductions, followed by various challenges like sledding hill laps, stair and hill laps, "wall" balls, and a dumbbell finish.

Teams will follow marked trails and carry their own supplies. Scaling options are available.
