Go Mummy classes are a fun and safe way to exercise and spend some quality time with your little ones (all ages from 6weeks + welcome *💜 ) We also share laughs, tips, squats😅 and leave feeling happy and relaxed and proud of our accomplishments no matter how big or small… because each step, no matter how small is amazing and worthwhile 🙌✨

GoMummy is a fun, full body exercise class, combining bodyweight, bands, light weights, Pilates and yoga moves, all to strengthen the core and pelvic floor as well as functional moves to generally strengthen the body x

The class is suitable for all levels of fitness, with a range of options to challenge you at a level which works for and with you.

Come join the class with or without your little one💗 Women of all ages are welcome💪🏻

Classes are delivered by a fully qualified and insured instructor🙏💗
