A heart-centered meditation to gently guide awareness inward
The learning and chanting of a sacred mantra for protection - a vibrational key that opens the heart and stills the mind
A Gong Sound Bath to dissolve mental noise, reset the subtle body, and invite deep rest

No experience with mantra or meditation is needed.

Vesna has been on the path of yoga for over two decades. As one of our senior teachers, she brings a wealth of experience and heartfelt presence to her offerings. Her teaching is rooted in the wisdom of meditation, sound healing, and Bhakti yoga - inviting students into a space of deep connection, devotion, and inner harmony.
