This lunch & learn will provide a practical, single-session phishing awareness training designed to help employees recognize, avoid, and respond to common phishing and social engineering scams. The session delivers immediate, actionable value while supporting compliance with annual cybersecurity awareness training requirements commonly mandated by cyber liability insurance providers.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Matthew Reed is the Vice President of the Managed IT Division at New York Technology Partners, bringing extensive experience in IT operations, service management, and business leadership. With a background in computer repair, IT service management, and relationship building, Matthew works closely with organizations to strengthen their technology infrastructure and reduce cybersecurity risk. He is a graduate of Monroe Community College and has spent his career helping businesses navigate today’s evolving IT and security challenges through practical, real-world solutions.
