💫 Gentle yoga practices, nourishing meals, yoga philosophy, forest walks, rest, and real connection.

This retreat isn’t about doing more — it’s about softening into what’s already here.
There will be yoga, but also time for silence. Deep breaths. Laughter. Wildflowers.
It’s the opposite of a festival — and maybe exactly what your nervous system is craving.

09:30–11:00: Arrival + coffee & tea

11:00–11:30: Outdoor Pranayama & meditation

11:30–12:30: Hatha Flow Yoga (all levels)

12:30–14:00: Healthy lunch made with love

14:00–15:00: Forest walk

15:00–16:00: Yoga philosophy + history in the woods

16:30–17:00: Walk back to Venue

17:00–18:00: Garden sound bath
