Wellbeing Dips: Reclaim Your Peace of Mind

These sessions provide you with the perfect opportunity to take time for yourself, boost your serotonin and dopamine levels, and enjoy a safe space to express your stresses. Find inner peace and tranquillity surrounded by the natural beauty of open green spaces, enhanced by the invigorating experience of cold water immersion.

I am here to guide you through mindfulness practices designed to help release stress and anxiety, promoting a sense of calm and balance.

Please note that completing an Introduction to Open Water session is required before attending. Contact us for further details.
