You’ll be welcomed into a calming, candlelit space where you can make yourself cosy on your mat with blankets, pillows, and eye masks — everything you need to feel safe, held, and supported.
We’ll begin with a soothing grounding visualisation meditation, gently guiding you into a state of calm and presence, before moving into a full Conscious Connected Breathwork journey — accompanied by carefully placed acupressure to support emotional release and nervous system regulation.
As you breathe, you’ll be supported by meaningful music, gentle guidance, and positive affirmations, helping to plant empowering thoughts deep into your subconscious — seeds of calm, clarity, and trust.
Towards the end of the breathwork journey, you’ll be gently guided into a nourishing savasana, allowing the body to soften and absorb the experience. In this quiet space, the soothing tones of crystal sound bowls will wash over you, their healing vibrations inviting a deeper sense of calm, balance, and inner harmony.
Optional hands-on energy healing will also be offered during this time for those who wish to receive, creating a deeply nurturing and restorative close to your journey.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to yourself — with tools you can return to whenever you need to ground and reset.
