You’ll be welcomed into a calming, candlelit space where you can make yourself cosy on your mat with blankets, pillows, and eye masks — everything you need to feel safe, held, and supported 🕯️🧘♀️
We’ll begin with a soothing grounding visualisation meditation, gently guiding you into a state of calm and presence, before moving into a full Conscious Connected Breathwork journey — accompanied by carefully placed acupressure to support emotional release and nervous system regulation 🌬️💆♂️
As you breathe, you’ll be supported by meaningful music, gentle guidance, and positive affirmations, helping to plant empowering thoughts deep into your subconscious — seeds of calm, clarity, and trust 🌱✨
Towards the end of the breathwork, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful savasana, where the body is given space to soften and integrate.
Optional hands-on energy healing will also be offered during this time for those who wish to receive, creating a deeply nurturing and restorative close to your journey ✋💖
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to yourself — with tools you can return to whenever you need to ground and reset ☁️🧘♂️
