Join us for Altars of What Still Lives, a cacao-infused breathwork ritual to honor grief in all its forms:
❤️ for loved ones no longer earthside
🌿 for relationships that have changed or ended
🚪 for the family it is safer to love from afar
💼 for jobs, identities, and seasons we have outgrown
🌱 for dreams that shifted shape

We will create personal altars, write letters from the heart, move gently, and breathe together...
not to fix grief, but to let it move with tenderness.
