Join SVB’s annual production of The Nutcracker! Auditions Open for all community dancers aged 10 – 18 years old.
Groups will be identified by age, height, and gender.
The audition process will include instructed age-appropriate movement sequences.
Registration is required either in advance or upon arrival. Link to registration form coming soon!
* All auditionees must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Roles in consideration of casting:
o Mice
o Soldiers
o Party Scene Boys & Girls
o Gingerbabies
o Additional roles at the discretion of the Artistic Director.
Important Info:
• Please wear flexible, athletic clothing appropriate for movement. (Leotard & tights welcome)
• Secured shoes required (no flip-flops, high-heels, etc.)
*Sneakers recommended
*Ballet or Character shoes welcome
• Long hair should be pulled back and secured out of eyes.
• No dangling jewelry such as long earrings or pendant necklaces.
Schedule:
1:30 PM Registrations Begins
2 PM – 3 PM Males Audition
3 PM – 4 PM Females Audition
