"THE VIEW" is a beautiful place to share with family and friends. Please respect the land and pack out what you pack in. The gravel roads are in great condition so there is no need for a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Elevation is around 3800 ft. so it may get cool in the evening.
*Directions*
Directions from 67/321 coming from Hampton. Turn right onto Little Stoney Rd. ( Just before passing zone). Go approx. 4.7 miles to " The Big Oak " stump. This is where 3 roads intersect. Dennis Cove , Little Stoney and Walnut Mountain Rd. Stay straight. In approx. 3 miles the party will be on your left.
Going up Dennis Cove Rd you will continue until the pavement ends and the gravel road starts. Continue straight on the gravel road until you get to "The Stump" intersection. Turn right and in approx. 3 miles the party is on the left.
From Roan Mountain turn onto Buck Mountain Rd. ( Beside the vet clinic) Continue on Buck Mountain Rd until you get to Walnut Mountain Rd. Continue on Walnut Mountain Rd until you get to the gravel. In approx. 3 miles the party will be on your right.
There will be signs at all 3 routes. Also dropped a pin for easier directions.
