Watercolor intro: exploring textures

Unlock the magic of watercolor through texture! In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn a variety of techniques to bring depth and interest to your paintings, no experience required. We'll explore creative methods like salt effects, dry brushing, masking, plastic wrap impressions, and more.

You'll first build a sampler of textures as you learn each technique, then create your own mini artwork incorporating what you've learned. Whether you love landscapes, abstract designs, or just want to explore the medium in a fresh way, this workshop is a perfect introduction to watercolor texture.
