Being a Good Critique Partner: We'll discuss what what alpha readers, beta readers, and critique partners are and how to be good ones, including how to work well in a critique group. This will include ten do's and don'ts, lessons learned from running evening boot camps, samples from real-life critiques given and received, some metaphorical comfort food, a reality sandwich, and some big-name encouragement for hesitant critics and, and a bonus, for writers being critiqued.
