Sunshine & Savasana- FREE Summer Family Yoga Series!

Join Pose & Play Yoga at the Parkville Living Center this June for FREE Family Yoga!
This Summer Yoga Series is perfect for little ones- ages 2-7 and families! All are welcome!

Get ready to move, stretch & play! Through imaginative movement, music, and mindfulness, kids will build balance, body awareness, confidence, and calm- all the while having lots of fun!

Begins Wednesday, June 4th at 5:30pm, repeating for a total of 6 weeks.
