Embracing the Child Within- A Guided Meditative Experiencing

Saturday, August 23rd from 12:30p-2pm.

What you can expect:

A grounding and centering 90-minute experience infused with intuitive gentle movement, intentional pauses for breathwork, combined with guided meditations to guide you in and connect with your own most precious child. Your experience here is your own and no two experiences are alike- just like your inner little one.

At the conclusion of our 90-minute collective time together, there will be an optional 30 minutes to share, connect, and integrate with our embodied community if you choose to do so. Here relationships are forged to shared vulnerability, deep listening and quiet space holding.
