The Circle

The Circle starts Wednesday August 6th at 6:30 PM via zoom

This is a 6 week class


This isn’t a yoga class. This is where you come to do the work.

Six weeks of breathwork, chanting, self-study, and philosophy that will push you to look at yourself, heal what needs healing, and move differently—in your body and in your life.

If you’re trying to recover, to heal, or to just be a better yogi, this is for you.

Only 10 spots. Because this work is personal, and it’s not for everyone.

You’ll leave each week with tools that actually change how you breathe, how you think, and how you show up.
