BBQ Competitors must enter all four (4) categories to qualify for Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion.
Awards will be at 4p.
Load-in will start at 9am - Friday Morning & Meat Inspections will be done as soon as you are ready!
One 20’ x 40’ space and entry into the competition (DM if you need more space) Head Cooks Meetings: Friday at 5pm)
Dumpsters are provided for trash & Ash barrels will be on site. All trash needs to be bagged & tied. No power is provided.

KCBS BBQ Judging will be on Saturday, June 21st. Judges need to arrive no later than 10:30am.

Every team must have a 2A 40 BC or 3A 40 BC fire extinguisher with a current inspection tag or a current receipt. Current means are less than 1-year-old! Check your fire extinguisher before arriving!
