Hot Chakra Yoga Classes @ Satori Yoga Studio

It is time to raise your vibration!! Join us for one or all seven chakra yoga classes with Susan Smith. NOTE: this class series is an immersive experience in the physical and subtle body energy. Each class helps you to evolve and grow, to deepen your yoga practice. Option to purchase a package for $125 for ALL 7 classes, saving $50 or $25 per class drop-in. Class Dates: September 10th (Root Chakra) - September 17th (Sacral Chakra) - September 24th (Navel Chakra) - October 8th (Heart Chakra) - October 15th (Throat Chakra) - October 22nd (Third-Eye Chakra) - October 29th (Crown Chakra) The chakras are centers of energy, located on the midline of the body. Each of the seven primary chakras is associated with a nerve plexus, and specific physiological functions. They influence our mental health, physical well-being and spiritual evolution. The chakras located on the lower part of the body are more instinctual by nature (survival, providing for oneself, procreation, motivation and activation). The upper chakras reflect more our mental activities (self-expression, creativity, self-reflection, imagination and self-knowledge). Each week we will learn, practice, play and empower each chakra. Classes will be Hot Vinyasa Chakra Flows. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and small towel, water bottle, a journal and pen.
