RISING SUN STARS & STRIPES CELEBRATION, Rising Sun, IN: Foam Happy will be back to the 2025 Stars & Stripes Celebration blasting our guests in the "Foam Zone" on Saturday, July 5, 2025 from 4-9pm. There is no fee, but adult supervision is required. The Zone will be located at the end of Third & Front Street in downtown Rising Sun. We hope to see you there! The Stars & Stripes Celebration in sponsored by Ohio County Tourism, Inc., the City of Rising Sun, and the Rising Sun Lion's Club. Join us for live music, arts/crafts vendors, food trucks and more!
