Step into the magic of Christmas at Santa’s Grotto, running alongside the Crafty Legs Market. This festive experience is open to children aged 0–16 (all children must be accompanied by an adult).

📅 Booking information:

Visits are booked in 15-minute time slots

Each slot has 5 tickets available, but children will meet Santa individually

Arrive 5 mins before your slot to ensure you will see Santa, late shows unfortunately will not be able to visit Santa and will not receive a refund. Please ensure you can attend your slot before booking

Space inside the grotto is limited, so pushchairs and large items must remain outside

Pre-booking is strongly recommended – tickets on the day are not guaranteed
