Twmbarlwm Terror Multi-Terrain Race 2025

The Twmbarlwm Terror Multi-Terrain Race is organized by Fairwater Runners Cwmbran and will take place on Sunday November 2nd, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. The race is approximately 7 miles long and will take place across footpaths, open fields, country lanes, and woodland from Risca to Pantyreos and back to Risca. The route is challenging terrain with a total elevation of approximately 1000 ft. The race has a £15 entry fee for those 17 and over and £13 for affiliated club members. Online registration is available until October 31st, 2025, and on-the-day registrations will be available until the race limit of 200 has not been reached. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for on-the-day entries and number collection. The race starts at Risca Leisure Centre, and there is parking available. Complimentary tea, coffee, and cake will be provided for all competitors, and there will be a refreshment station on the route. Medical and rescue cover will also be available. Prizes will be awarded to the first male and female, senior male and female (up to 39), veteran male and female (40-49), super veteran male and female (50-59), and super super veteran male and female (60+). Results will be available after the event on the Twmbarlwm Terror Facebook page.
