RIPON- Country Fit- Wednesdays- 10.30am

Country Fit is a 45 minute session and consists of Line Dancing and Country Dancing elements

Please note that INDOOR, CLEAN trainers must be worn in Upstage studio

Great Fun- lots of laughter- very often a bit of chaos- lovely people

It can be done fully at a low impact level- so its great for those wanting to start their fitness journey... or equally great for those wanting to add comething a bit different to their current exercise routine.
