Get ready to launch into summer with the Cosmos Summer Spin Kickoff!
This special event features three 45-minute outdoor spin classes taught on stationary bikes under the open sky—right on the basketball courts at Haynes Community Park in Rio Rancho.
Each class is a rhythm-based ride that incorporates choreography on the bike, syncing movement with the beat for a full-body, music-driven experience. You'll climb, sprint, tap it back, and ride to the rhythm with high-energy playlists and an atmosphere that keeps you moving—all led by encouraging, experienced instructors.

Choose one of three time slots and get ready to ride with the Cosmos Cycle & Sculpt crew. Space is limited to 20 riders per session—grab your spot and kick off the summer with us!
Info: Guests for Session 1 will check in, be assigned a bike, and get fitted before the ride. Water and towels will be available, and music will be playing to set the tone for an energizing day.
Info: A 45-minute rhythm-based cycling class featuring choreographed movements synced to high-energy music. This session is designed to get your heart pumping and body moving in sync with the beat.
Info: Riders can enjoy post-class refreshments while we clean and reset the bikes for the next session. Guests for Session 2 will check in during this time, get assigned their bikes, and prepare for the ride.
