"Anchorites Hold" a Warhammer 40,000 Crusade Week 2

This is a free Warhammer 40,000 Crusade using the Nachmund Crusade book. Players can choose one of the 3 faction leaders to follow. They will play missions of Warhammer 40,000 as well as Boarding Actions to advance their Faction Leaders agendas and claim overall victory!

Invaders - Vorthael ‘The Sublime’

The battle of Descalon rages on. The various defense platforms arrayed in Descalon’s orbit have held despite the initial assault's attempts to clear them, preventing the full might of Chaos from assaulting the beleaguered planet below. This annoyance, this abhorrence to perfection cannot stand any longer. The sons of the red angel failed to tear apart the only station able to disable any traitor ship that sails within its guns range. Anchorite’s hold must fall into Vorthael’s hands. Tasked with not only assaulting, but taking Anchorite’s hold and its surrounding defense platforms, failure can only end in a fate worse than death.

Defenders - Captain Corvyn ‘The Unbroken’

To be the last of a brotherhood, is a sorrowful fate indeed. Despite centuries of service in the Emperor’s name, Captain Corvyn finds himself one of the last from a once-proud chapter. The battle over the angular rift cost more than Corvyn could bear, his chapter scattered on the eddies of the warp. Yet, even still, Captain Corvyn and a small fireteam of his fellow Astartes still remain. Exiting the warp near the system's fringes, Descalon calls for aid. There is no time for hesitation, no time for lamentation. For as long as one brother of the Ardent Templars holds breath, the Imperium shall stand. Death to the mutant, the heretic, and the alien.

Raiders - Inquisitor Eli Stentz

None can understand the burden one must bear to save humanity, even if it means going outside the bounds of what one would consider appropriate. Eli Stentz has no such qualms or predilections. For two hundred years, he has searched long for an item of undefinable worth, something so valuable that it has not only taken the lives of an entire hive city, but also the life of his mentor Ignatius Chorn. Eli Stentz is not here to assist the Imperial forces besieged; who are these menials to deny him what can save humanity? Given a scant lead from an ominous figure, he will pursue this goal and pay whatever price he must, even if that means betraying those serving the Imperium he seeks to protect.



Players will needs:
- 500pt Boarding Actions armies, and/or 1000pts starter Warhammer 40,000 Crusade Rosters.
- Dice, Measuring devices
-Army Codex/Index
-Applicable rules books

All participants will get Organized Play rewards in objectives marker and tokens. The winning faction will get Themed Measuring devices and the Finale Battle Champion player will get a trophy and their name on the stores Wall of Champions.
