This day is designed to assist you in managing chronic illness, burnout, and overwhelm. We will share our personal experiences with these issues, along with tips, recipes, and exercises to help you move towards a happier, healthier lifestyle.
✨️ Jen, from New Forest Nature and Nurture will discuss her own journey with chronic illness M.E., sharing how she achieved recovery by strengthening her bond with nature, self-awareness, and intuition, and she will guide you on how to follow a similar path to recovery.
✨️Sammie, the hedgerow yogi will guide a short walk to introduce you to some wild, edible and medicinal plants which have been traditionally used to support health and vitality on all levels, followed by a workshop on how to preserve the healing power of some of these generous herbs.
✨️Kate, from Four Acre farm will take you through the market garden to talk about the seasonal produce and it’s benefits for our health. You’ll have the chance to pick your own ingredients and be guided to make simple and delicious additions to make vegetables more exciting! We will sit down to taste these creations as we share a meal prepared from the freshest ingredients from the farm. Kate aims to empower you to discover deep satisfaction and self love when preparing home cooked meals for your healing journey.
Lunch is provided, so please reach out to me with any dietary needs (such as vegan, gluten-free, allergies, etc.) so we can tailor this day to suit you. Our goal is for you to depart feeling more empowered and inspired, with options to pursue a path toward better physical, emotional, and mental health.
