*FULLY BOOKED* The New Forest through the seasons - Summer

Join me for a fully immersive day in nature to deepen your connection with the land, the New Forest, and yourself.

This will be an inspiring and relaxing day deepening your knowledge, love and connection to the land.

The day will include;

A discussion about what is happening in nature and the New Forest right now. How summer influences the wildlife and commoning animals. 🐎

We will discuss how we connect energetically to the cycle of summer to flow with the season and improve our emotional wellness 🙏

We will take time for some nature therapy to anchor in the energetic connections, 🌻

Embark on a 3.5-mile guided walk to explore our connection to nature and what we have permitted ourselves to recall 🚶‍♀️

The day will also include a foraged refreshment, a meditation and a handout to take home with you, including a foraged recipe. 🌱
