Urban Sketching Made Simple: A Starter Guide for Creative Minds

Discover the joy of capturing everyday moments through the art of urban sketching. This mindful practice not only sharpens your observation skills but also calms the mind, lifts the spirit, and fosters a deeper connection to the world around you. Join experienced urban sketcher Liz Karr for mini-lessons focused on a variety of techniques, styles, subjects. We’ll meet at 10 a.m. on Thursdays from July 24 through August 28 at the Rifle Branch Library. You’ll build both skill and confidence while cultivating a creative habit that lasts a lifetime.
