Join us for an unforgettable full-day summer solstice experience on the water.

Why a Floating Sound Bath?
As we close our day in stillness, we’ll shift into rest with a sound bath that’s more than beautiful, it’s science-backed.
The frequencies used can activate your parasympathetic nervous system, supporting:
Lower stress hormone levels
Slower heart rate and deep relaxation
Nervous system regulation and muscular recovery
Sound carries powerfully over water—allowing your body to absorb healing vibrations in a deeply calming way.
