Join us for a soulful, full-day experience designed for the wild ones, those who crave movement with meaning, nature’s embrace, and stillness with purpose.
We’ll launch from Port of Kimberling for a guided 7-mile paddleboard journey. Midway, we’ll dock for lunch at Big Buoy’s before paddling back to rest, restore, and reflect with a gentle deep stretch yoga practice and sound healing under the sky.

10:00 AM – Check-In + Welcome Circle
• Light snacks + hydration station
• Safety and route briefing
• Group intention-setting
10:30 AM – Paddle Launch
• Guided, steady pace
• Pauses as needed to stretch/hydrate
12:30 PM – Lunch Stop at Big Buoy’s (Kimberling City)
• Order off menu (pay individually)
• Chill lakeside on the patio
• Optional swim or dockside photos
2:00 PM – Return Paddle
• Quiet, reflective energy encouraged
• Reconnection with body + water
4:30 PM – Land + Recovery Break at Pavilion
• Towel off & rehydrate
• Herbal tea + grounding snacks
5:00 PM – Deep Stretch + Sound Bath (at Covered Pavilion)
• 45-minute Yin-style stretch session (hips, shoulders, spine)
• 15-minute Sound Bath with bowls, chimes, and tuning forks
• Grounding, parasympathetic reset
6:00 PM – Closing Reflection Circle
• Gratitude + integration
• Optional dip in the lake to seal the day
